One of the most importanT THINGS you can do as a bridal hairstylist is be easy to get ahold of.

It is so important to answer emails and messages quickly. Brides hate it when you take days to respond to them. It makes such a difference to your client’s experience when you are easy to reach! I’ve had a lot of brides complain to me about their photographer or florist not getting back to them about something in a timely manner. Don’t be the vendor they have to vent about!

Now, I don’t mean to be a slave to your inbox and respond within the hour (absolutely not—I get back to my brides within 24, sometimes 48 hours, because…boundaries). But what I do mean is that if you set up systems and templates, emails will become so much easier and they won’t stack up (I hate when this happens).

You’re $50 away from making your life easier.

Learn the “art of the 1st email.”

Your first email to brides inquiring about their wedding is so important. It’s their very first interaction with you and it can pretty much make or break the whole booking. You have to let them know your availability, your rates/policies, and try to convince them to book you—all in one email. It’s hard, right? Simply saying, “Congrats on your engagement! I charge $150 for bridal hair,” isn’t going to cut it these days.

Your first email should:

  1. Establish yourself as the expert.

  2. Provide value before they even book you.

  3. Close the sale.

I teach how to achieve all of this in a simple, concise way that gives your brides all the information they need without overwhelming them.
